陈海燕（符彩虹），身份证名陈海燕，原名符彩虹，中国广东省湛江市徐闻人，现居中国北京，职业画家，擅长书法和中国画大写意，作品多次入选各大美术作品展；2018年书法作品入选刘少奇，周恩来，彭德怀同志诞辰120周年纪念展并获金奖；国画作品《周恩来肖像》入选第二届中华杯民俗文化艺术作品邀请展并获银奖。
